【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforrubberhoses,includingtwinhosesandfluxedfuelgashosesforwelding,cuttingandalliedprocesses.Theterm"alliedprocesses"means,inparticular,heating,brazingandmetallization.Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforrubberhosesfornormaldutyupto2MPa(20bar)andlightduty[limitedtohosesformaximumoperatingpressureupto1MPa(10bar)andwithnominalborelessthanorequalto6,3mm].Thisstandardpertainstohosesoperatedattemperatures-20℃to+60℃.ThermoplastichosesspecifiedinEN1327areexcludedfromthisstandard.Differentcoloursandmarkingsarespecifiedforidentificationofthegas.NOTEIfhosesforliquefiedpetrolgasesareusedwithoutregulatorstheuseoflightdutyrubberhosesisnotallowed.Thisstandardappliestohosesusedin:—gasweldingandcutting;—arcweldingundertheprotectionofaninertoractivegas;—processesalliedtoweldingandcutting;andassembledaccordingtoEN1256.HoseconnectionsforthemanufactureofhoselinesseeEN560.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytohosesusedforhighpressureacetylene[morethan0,15MPa(1,5bar)].
