【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofmaintenancestairsandplatformswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandmaintenanceandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:-self-propelledmaintenancestairsandplatforms;-towablemaintenancestairsandplatformsequippedwithpoweredmeans,e.g.forheightadjustment,stabilizers,designedforaircraftmaintenancepurposesincludingaccesstotheaircraft(ExamplesseeAnnexA).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-maintenancedockseitherfixedtothegroundormoveableonlyfordockingprocedure.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletomaintenancestairsandplatformswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
