【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62236appliestoemissionandimmunityaspectsofEMCforelectricalandelectronicapparatusintendedforuseonrailwayrollingstock.Thefrequencyrangeconsideredisfromd.c.to400GHz.Atpresent,testingisnotdefinedforfrequenciesabove2GHz.Theapplicationoftestsshalldependontheparticularapparatus,itsconfiguration,itsports,itstechnologyanditsoperatingconditions.Thisstandardtakesintoaccounttheinternalenvironmentoftherailwayrollingstockandtheexternalenvironmentoftherailway,andinterferencetotheapparatusfromequipmentsuchashand-heldradiotransmitters.Ifaportisintendedtotransmitorreceiveforthepurposeofradiocommunication(intentionalradiators,e.g.transpondersystems)thentheemissionandimmunitylimitsinthisstandardatthecommunicationfrequencydonotapply.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotransientemissionswhenstartingorstoppingtheapparatus.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistodefinelimitsandtestmethodsforelectromagneticemissionsandimmunitytestrequirementsinrelationtoconductedandradiateddisturbances.Theselimitsandtestsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirements.Emissionrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensurethatdisturbancesgeneratedbytheapparatusoperatednormallyonrailwayrollingstockdonotexceedalevelwhichcouldpreventotherapparatusfromoperatingasintended.Likewise,theimmunityrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensureanadequatelevelofimmunityforrollingstockapparatus.Thelevelsdonothowevercoverextremecaseswhichmayoccurwithanextremelylowprobabilityofoccurrenceinanylocation.Specificrequirementswhichdeviatefromthisstandardshallbespecified.Testrequirementsarespecifiedforeachportconsidered.ThesespecificprovisionsareadditionaltothegeneralprovisionsinIEC62236-1.
